SUSTAINABILITY
The Grace Foundation builds community-based models that can grow from one neighborhood to communities across Maryland. Born in Baltimore's historic Ashburton community, our approach brings healthy food, quality education, technology, and partnerships with local leaders and funders to the families who need them most, with a vision of fair access to opportunity statewide.

HEALTH
The Interfaith Health Center brings care to the community where people already gather: their place of worship. We connect Ashburton and West Baltimore families with screenings, wellness education, and links to trusted healthcare providers, because good health is part of a whole and flourishing life.
EDUCATION
Temple X Schools is a learning model built to scale internationally. It brings faith institutions and the natural world together to help children grow academically and emotionally. Through hands-on learning that tackles real-world problems, Temple X aims to close education gaps. It started here in West Baltimore and is designed to take root in communities around the world.

We are located in the Ashburton neighborhood which historically was one of the first integrated communities in these United States of America and it is leading change in Baltimore right now.
